125 Anniversary Celebration: Andre Du Plessis

Editor's Note: This is the next in a series of stories about 91²Ö¿â students, alumni, and community members, highlighting their experiences during our 125th anniversary celebration. We will feature 125 individuals from August 2024 to August 2025.
MACOMB/MOLINE, IL - - Being a Leatherneck is all about strength and standing out, according to 91²Ö¿â Management instructor Andre DuPlessis.
"(They are) strong and resilient," Du Plessis said. "I am a part of a great team."
Du Plessis works on the WIU-Quad Cities campus and serves on the Supply Chain Management Advisory Board at 91²Ö¿âand has expertise in Business Strategy, International Management and Project Management. He said 91²Ö¿âgives students an advantage that other universities may not be able to provide.
"Here, you are not just a number, you are seen," Du Plessis said.
